I don’t think there is a better workout for the end of week 1 than this! As you can probably guess from the name, it’s all dynamic stretching.
This week has left me with sore muscles that I didn’t even know I had. The program gives you the option of taking a rest day or doing ‘Dynamix’ at the end of the week. Being this sore, I thought it would be best to try and get some stretching in. This was perfect! It’s not an overly strenuous routine, but I was sweating a bit by the end of the 30 minutes. The workout starts out on the floor, then moves to a standing position, and then finishes up on the floor. If you’ve done P90X2, you will recognize some of the stretches.
This is a workout that can be added in at any time. It would be perfect if you’re traveling and need a workout to do in the hotel room that doesn’t involve a lot of jumping. I hope to do this one every week to get ‘dynamic’ results! (ha! see what I just did there?)
